Hello Everyone:
Homosexual
or lesbian or bisexual encounters are not always genetically
determined. More often then we care to admit, they are simply a
chosen form of sexual expression. I am glad that coming out ot the
closet will not result in violence against the closet leaving individual.
At least not as much as before.
At the
same time it is disconcerting to me to realize that young people are now
worrying about whether they are gay or straight far too often. Exactly how are
you supposed to know if your genetic make-up says you are gay or straight.
Here is a short article that appeared in a local paper some time ago. It quotes Ann Heche who was with Ellen Degeneres at one time.
"I was never attracted to a woman before Ellen. I have a right to
love who I want to love. I understand that many homosexuals believe
it's not a choice, but I made a choice out of joy.."
Some time later I learned that Anne Heche had a few physically abusive love affairs with men and was fed up with the whole idea of finding a decent man. She finally found a man that she is now living with and they have a baby of their own.
